Send your question to [email protected]. Tell us the email address on your account and, if your question is about a survey, include its name or link. Screenshots help when something does not look right.
Help for signed-in customers
If you already use Asked, open the Help menu in the app. Your message reaches us together with your workspace details, so we can look at the right survey straight away.
When to expect a reply
Our target is to reply within one business day. Many questions are also answered in the survey software faq, and plan details are on the survey software pricing page.
Reporting a security issue
To report a security issue, email [email protected] with a description and the steps to reproduce it. The survey data security page describes how we protect your data.
