Asked

Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments for Asked work and the few cases in which we return a charge. Effective October 19, 2026.

1. Payments are final

Asked plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. When a payment goes through, it is final and is not refunded, in whole or in part, except in the cases listed in section 2.

2. When we return a charge

We return a charge only in these cases.

  • A duplicate charge for the same plan and the same billing period.
  • A charge you did not authorize, once we confirm it was unauthorized.
  • A total failure of the service that stopped you from using Asked and that we could not fix.

3. How to send a request

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include the email address of your account and the date of the charge, and describe what happened. We review every request and reply by email. An approved return goes back to the original payment method.

4. Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not return a charge already taken, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are paid once for twelve months at a reduced price. They are not refunded pro rata if you cancel or stop using the service before the year ends.

6. Moving to a lower plan

A move to a lower plan applies from the next billing period. It does not create a refund or a credit for the current period.

7. Consumers in the European Union

Asked is sold to businesses. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your right of withdrawal ends once you agree at checkout that the service starts immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment.

8. Questions

Questions about payments go to [email protected]. See also our terms, privacy policy and pricing.
