Customer feedback tool that hears the reason behind every answer
Asked is a customer feedback tool for teams that want more than a score. Customers answer your questions by typing, talking or recording a short video in the browser. Asked transcribes every answer, groups it into themes and hands you the quotes worth sharing.
Short answers hide the real story
A comment box usually gets three words. "Fine." "Too expensive." "Hard to use." You know something is wrong, but not what to fix first. Teams then run interviews to find out, which means scheduling calls, recording them, transcribing and tagging by hand.
Asked asks the question once and lets each customer reply the way that feels easy. Many people say more in thirty seconds of talking than in a full form. You get the detail of an interview at the scale of a survey.
Customers reply by text, voice or video
Every open question accepts three formats. You decide which ones to allow for each question.
- Text for people who prefer to type, on any device.
- Voice notes recorded in the browser, with no app to install.
- Video recorded on a phone or laptop camera, up to the length your plan allows.
- Rating, NPS 0 to 10, multiple choice, yes or no and file upload questions sit in the same survey.
Text stays available on every question, so nobody is forced to record. Read more about voice feedback and video feedback.
Themes, sentiment and quotes without manual tagging
When answers arrive, Asked does the reading. Voice and video answers are transcribed. Each answer gets a sentiment. Answers are grouped into themes across the whole survey, and each theme comes with the quotes that support it, linked to the exact second in the recording.
Every survey also gets a one-page summary you can paste into a product review or a weekly report. Export everything to CSV or PDF when you need it elsewhere. See how the survey analysis software works in detail.
Collect customer feedback wherever customers are
One survey, many ways in. Share a link in a support reply, print a QR code on a receipt, or place the survey on your site with website survey tools like an inline embed, a popup or a side tab. Email invites go straight from your workspace.
- Link and QR code for any channel.
- Inline, popup and side tab embeds for your website.
- Email invites to a customer list.
- Website surveys shown on the pages you pick.
One smart follow-up question when an answer needs it
Turn on the AI follow-up and Asked can ask one extra question based on what the customer just said. If someone mentions onboarding, the follow-up asks what slowed them down. It is off by default and each plan includes a monthly number of follow-ups.

Each survey has a retention setting, answers can be deleted on request, and nothing is published without the respondent's consent. Details are on the survey data security page.
One completed survey from one person is one response, whatever the number of questions or formats. Responses are counted per billing period and deleting answers does not return quota.
