Customer satisfaction survey software that explains every score
A CSAT score tells you how a customer felt. It rarely tells you why. Asked is customer satisfaction survey software that puts a rating and an open question side by side, lets customers explain in text, voice or video, and turns those explanations into themes your support and CX teams can act on.
A rating question followed by the customer's own words
A classic satisfaction survey has one rating and an optional comment box that most people skip. In Asked, the rating is followed by an open question that customers can answer by talking or recording a quick video, not just by typing. Speaking takes less effort than writing, so more people explain their score.
- Rating scales for CSAT after a ticket, an order or a visit.
- Open answers by text, voice note or video.
- Optional AI follow-up that asks one more question when a low score needs context.
- Multiple choice, yes or no and file upload for screenshots or receipts.
Customer satisfaction surveys at the moments that matter
Send the survey right after the moment you want to measure, while the experience is fresh.
- After a support conversation closes, with the link in the closing message.
- After delivery, through an email invite or a QR code in the package.
- After a store or clinic visit, with a QR code at the counter.
- Inside your product or site, using website survey tools such as a side tab or a popup.
Read hundreds of explanations in one summary
Asked transcribes voice and video answers, assigns sentiment to each answer and groups all answers into themes. You see which themes come with low scores and which come with high ones, with quotes and timestamps under each theme. Every survey gets a one-page summary for the weekly CX review.

What CX and support leads get from it
- The reason behind each low score in the customer's own voice, ready to share with the team that can fix it.
- Themes per channel, so you see whether delivery, billing or support drives dissatisfaction.
- Quotes for training sessions, with consent where you plan to show them outside the team.
- CSV export for your BI tool on every plan, webhooks on Business and up.
